Birmingham University invites scholarships for Indian students

Scholarships for Indian students domiciled and residing in India have been announced by the University of Birmingham in Dubai. All students are eligible for the scholarship.

If a student receives an offer from the institution after submitting an application, the scholarship value will be determined based on expected grades or meeting the offer requirements. Applications for ‘Fall 2021' are open until late September, as long as all required paperwork is submitted.

Students can visit the website, https://www.birmingham.ac.uk/dubai/study/apply/index.aspx for applying. For scholarship inquiries, students can mail on dubaiqueries@contacts.bham.ac.uk.

While announcing the scholarship, Chris Taylor, head, student recruitment at University of Birmingham, Dubai, says, “UAE is home to one of the largest populations of Indian students outside their home country. Despite the challenges presented by the pandemic, students in India and beyond the world have shown an incredible ability to adapt to new environments and overcome obstacles in their paths. We are seeing increasing interest from students in countries such as India who value a British institution and a world-class education situated in a futuristic city with a diverse job market. We are therefore pleased to offer a package of scholarships that supports applicants who wish to experience the high-quality education we deliver in Dubai.”

Dubai’s new campus is embedded with cutting-edge technology which would allow innovative, multidisciplinary teaching and learning to take place.
