How to Find Your Focal Point with 3 Simple Techniques

There are three techniques that can help you find your focal point.

1) The first technique is using the "what/how/so what" method. Ask yourself "What does this mean?" "How does it work?" and "So what?", to understand if the content is relevant or not.

2) The second mind map technique is called the "brainstorm." This is where you write down all of your thoughts around a given topic, without any restrictions.

3) The third technique is called the "stop-and-think." This technique allows you to stop whenever you have an idea and think about it for a minute before moving on to the next idea.
