Clinical documentation specialist (CDS): Precise and error-free clinical documentations are one of the most important stages in the patient care lifecycle. The CDS is in charge of assisting, enhancing, and maintaining clinical documentation, such as producing and evaluating clinical chart notes, in order to increase documentation quality and eliminate errors.
