Rajasthan Government To Set Up Ayurveda, Yoga, Naturopathy Colleges In 6 Districts



According to a state minister, the Rajasthan government approved the establishment of ayurveda, yoga, and naturopathy institutes in six districts, including Jaipur, on Wednesday.

The value of ayurveda, according to Health Minister Raghu Sharma, has been demonstrated during the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. Mr Sharma stated that the state government is making every effort to promote ayurveda and create facilities linked to it. Integrated colleges will be established in Jaipur, Kota, Sikar, Bikaner, and Bharatpur, according to Sharma.


Mr Sharma announced that the Government College of Yoga and Naturopathy in Udaipur has received approval. According to the minister, the development of new colleges will result in new job prospects for the state's educated youth. Mr Sharma further mentioned that 778 new academic and non-academic positions had been approved.
