New Delhi:The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced the results of the 71st Combined Civil Services (CCE) preliminary examination. Candidates who appeared for the test can now view their results on the official website: bpsc.bihar.gov.in.

This year's 71st CCE aims to fill 1,264 vacancies across various government departments. Additionally, in June 2025, the commission included 14 new DSP posts, expanding the recruitment scope.

The selection process comprises three stages—the preliminary exam, the main exam, and the interview. The prelims were an objective test with 150 questions, conducted over two hours, and followed the negative marking system with one-third mark deducted for each incorrect response.

A total of 13,368 candidates have qualified for the Integrated 71st Combined Preliminary Examination, while 893 candidates cleared the exam for the post of Financial Administrative Officer. In total, 14,261 candidates have been declared successful and are now eligible to appear for the mains, the next stage in the recruitment process.
