Agnihotri, who holds an MBBS degree, achieved the country’s most coveted civil services rank through self-study, without enrolling in any coaching institute. According to him, a strict routine of studying around 13 hours every day played a crucial role in his success.

Speaking after the results were declared, Agnihotri credited his mother as the driving force behind his journey. “My mother has always been my inspiration to serve the people and bring positive changes in our surroundings,” he said.

Before achieving the top rank in the civil services exam, Agnihotri had already demonstrated his administrative potential by clearing the Union Territories Civil Services Examination (UTCS) in his first attempt in 2023.
