ICAI Foundation June exam: Aspirants can submit Aadhaar card copies

Multiple relaxations for ICAI CA Foundation June 2021 applicants were announced by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on Monday. Candidates can now upload copies of their Aadhaar cards alongside the requisite attested declaration or application form. They will be able to submit the declaration to the institute once the COVID-19 situation has stabilised.

Due to COVID-19, applicants were having difficulty getting their applications/declarations attested by a CA member/gazetted officer/head of the educational institute. Furthermore, they were having difficulty getting their admit cards/roll numbers for senior secondary exams because they had not earned them due to the postponement.

“Students in the Foundation Course whose photographs and/or signatures are not available in the systems are required to upload their Aadhar Card along with the Examination Application Form for the Foundation Examination in June 2021, and once the situation of the ongoing pandemic has normalised, those students can submit their concerned declaration duly signed by a member of the Institute.” ICAI Bhawan, C-1, Sector-1 Noida 201301 or foundation examhelpline@icai.in by quoting their registration number,” the official notification from the ICAI stated.

Students who have not received their admit card/roll number for Senior Secondary Examinations will declare that they will be taking the exam and will submit their admit card or roll number details as soon as the situation allows.
